difficulty getting behavioral services for my adult son with autism
I was forced off my medication for 2 months after my first appt here simply bc I was new to Kaiser.
Providers are fine. Facility is drastically under-parked, with receptionists telling people to come early (it's not a concert where everyone arrives at once) or park illegally in the Safeway lot. And because it's a big bureaucracy, there is no one to whom you can complain - or at least no one who cares.
