Changes Salon and Day Spa is an outstanding business that is customer focused. I enjoy many of their service. Yadira is an outstanding hair stylist - she creates "magic" with coloring and hair cuts. I have also relished the wonderful massages and facial treatments offered by Changes. They have wonderful changing changing rooms and the "quiet room" with a waterfall to wait for your treatment after you have changed. Outstanding services and products. I love my time at Changes Salon & Day Spa. I have had various services. Victoria is fabulous for facials and Jasmiin is very talented with creating my hair cut. The atmosphere is very relaxing and soothing.
I bought my wife a gift certificate and she came back in tears. Not the outcome I hoped for. She liked her stylist but the staff was beyond rude. They sat her down in the wrong room. After sitting there for twenty minutes they made a huge stink about it and let it be known she was being watched on camera. She chose to leave versus stay for her spa treatment. What a disappointment.
At my first visit here, I was greeted warmly by the staff at Changes Salon and my stylist/colorist Elizabeth was equally warm and friendly. She listened carefully to what I wanted and took great care in providing it. She is very professional and friendly. I will definitely keep coming and will request Elizabeth.
