My fiance and I visited Davidson & Licht after receiving several recommendations about the excellence of this jewelry establishment--especially in Walnut Creek, where we both live. We were immediately met and served by a delightful young man by the name of Orlando Rosario, Jr. He spent a great deal of time showing us many rings for each other, and we couldn't be more pleased by his knowledge and and experience. Needless to say, we are thrilled with our respective rings. In the future, we will always recommend or shop at this outstanding store!
Jason and John are the best in their trade! They are confident in their selection for their customers and gentle with their approach. I never feel pressured or like they are trying to up-sell me. I am very specific when it comes to my taste in jewelry. I love classic and timeless and D&L displays my exact taste, while carrying contemporary pieces that are very unique and not commonly worn by every other woman in these parts. I have an appreciation and respect for small businesses and will continue to patronize D&L for their customer service, knowledge and family ownership.
Orlando was absolutely amazing. First and foremost, super knowledgeable and personable. Took care in getting to know us and was a great example of true customer service. Offered beverages immediately upon entering the store. All other employees acknowledged us and said hello. We felt extremely welcome and taken care of. No pressure on where and what to look at. Listened to our needs and offered help appropriately. Orlando made the experience of engagement ring shopping so much fun, especially since it was our first time! It felt like he genuinely loves his career and we were excited to know about the family history of D&L. There seems to be so many perks in being their customer and we can't wait to come back as I know we will be well taken care of. Thank you again Orlando for making our experience unforgettable. August has helped us with each purchase and we are always amazed with his depth of knowledge and pleased with his level of professionalism.
