Great customer service. They get to you pretty fast if you go in there without an appointment even though an appointment is preferred. My problems were always fixed the 1st time.
I bought an iPhone 8plus 256Gb at the Walnut Creek Store on Nov 13, 2017 Got home plug it in to charge and after 30mins still nothing not powering on so I took it back the same day literally hours apart for an exchange. They told me that they can't do that because the phone is not powering on for them to do an exchange... And also one of the screws at the bottom of the phone was a different color wish I didn't even notice yet and the employee insinuate that I opened the phone and that's why it wasn't working and that really pissed me off because I spent more than $1000 on a phone that's it's not working properly and get accused as the cause of the problem. So now I have to wait 7 or more days for diagnostic and that is not right. That's the worst experience I ever had at an Apple Store.

Every apple store I go is full of goodies. This one was no different. The staff was amiable.
Came here to pick up new phone. General observation: it's crazy busy all the time. Came at 8pm on a weekend and it took about 30 minutes to get in and out. Parking around this area is a nightmare. Would only come again if I was in the area for another reason. This store is one of the larger ones...with the large crowds to match
