Just a star for phone service. The woman answered my question with perfect clarity and even offered and explained my alternatives which helped me better my plans. She's a 5 star by herself.
I guess it all depends on who's helping you at this place.

Honestly, I've been in several courthouses in my 30+ years and I have NEVER been treated so poorly. The security personnel were cool. But I'd rather starve for a week than talk to the women that 'helped' me today. Absolutely insulting service.
There should really be an option for zero stars.
