Bright, clean and neat store with a good selection of good quality clothes. Store is never full even when they have promotions or sales. Staff is friendly and looks busy sometimes. May not always right in front of you when you need help... just short on staff I would say, but it doesn't bother me at all;)

when i went in there with my daughter, there were no greetings from any of the associates. not even a hi. just a lot of stares and attitude. but right after, a white female comes in and was greeted with a hi and 'how can i help you today'. Unacceptable! can you say RACIST! with that type of attitude and poor customer service, i left without buying anything, no sales from me ever from that store! But then again, i was in Walnut Creek,where most of the people are racist!
