Frank & Paul do excellent work! They really take care of my car! They check everything and make sure my car is in perfect running condition! On my first.visit in the past they made time to look at my car when I had a problem - I've not had any emergency problems since they have been taking care of my car!! They really know a lot about auto maintenance and repairs!!
Excellent Service-- I've had F & P do work on my Mazda in the past and was extremely pleased with their helpfulness, honesty and workmanship. I've just returned for an unrelated 'squeak' and they took the time to look at it and determine that it wasn't dangerous, but just a muffler issue, and gave me a recommendation for another shop. They also took the time to answer all of my questions, which were many, even thought I wasn't even leaving it for a repair. If you need service for your car, take it to these guys. They rock.
Amazing encounter with Paul. Stop by with engine light on, he takes the time to obtain the error code from my car, advises me on what are the possible problems, tells me he's booked solid are refers me to another 'trusted' shop.
Frank and Paul do a fantastic job at a very reasonable rate. I've been taking my car there for several years. They always start the job on time and it's always been completed when promised. I've brought my car there a few times for minor issues which required nothing more than topping off fluids, which they did for no charge and refused payment. I find them to be completely honest and exceptional mechanics. Can't ask for much more than that.
More expensive than some places, and can take above two weeks to get an appointment. But they are honest and the service is second to none. Here's an example. The dealership told me I should replace my brake pads. Frank and Paul told me there's still life left. They continued to monitor it every time I went in for an oil change and I ended up getting an extra six months on the rear pads and a full year on the front pads.
