Michael was very friendly and not pushy. He explained the program well and helped me find the right car. Enterprise has a very wide selection of cars, maybe a tad more miles than I wanted for a 2016 model, but the cars are clean and well maintained.
Worked great. No fuss. I picked out a car online, saw it two days later and bought it. I traded in my other car. Everything was straight up Kelly Blue Book and easy. And I like that Enterprise gave me a week and 1,000 miles to try out the car. If I didn't like it, I could trade it for a different one. It was easy.

Easy way to buy a car. After looking for years, my fear was being held captive for many hours arguing and poker faced to try to get a good price at any dealership. The no quibble pricing relieved my anxiety, and I could be excited about the car in front of them. All my requests were taking care of without any ado or hassles. The roof of car was not cleaned, but I washed it.
